We want you to love your purchase from Manor House®. Each of our products is crafted with care, and we stand by their quality. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To process your claim, kindly provide:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
    • Email it on ridhima@manorhouse.in for verification
  • Once verified, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund (including shipping, if applicable).

2. Returns for Change of Mind

  • Since our products are handcrafted and often unique, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, dislike, or minor variations in color, texture, or finish.
  • These natural variations are part of the charm and individuality of each piece.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 3 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
  • Please note: Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
